World Series Event highlights

VACATION DESTINATIONS

The Youth World Series is held at family vacation destinations close to water parks, thrill parks, beaches and more, giving your team’s families an extended weekend of games & FUN!

5 GAME GUARANTEE

Each team will play 5-9 games (weather permitting) over the course of the 4 day tournament giving you plenty of Baseball against similar competition!

ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAMS

Opposing coaches will nominate players from your team to be named to the Youth World Series All-Tournament Team. All nominees will receive special invitations to the prestigious Baseball Youth All-American Games held in August and late December / early January!

D2 / D3 ONLY

Finally, a World Series made for your team! ONLY D2 (Lower level AAA, AA, Silver, intermediate) or D3 (A, Bronze, beginner) level teams are allowed to participate. No D1 (Elite, Major, Gold, advanced) teams allowed. We use the popular Baseball Youth DivLevel classification system and moderate entries to ensure like competition!

IT’S CHAMPIONSHIP DAY!

Day 1

CHECK IN & POOL PLAY BEGINS

Your first day at the Youth World Series kicks off with a quick check-in to welcome teams from across the country! Following Check In, Pool Play games will begin.

Day 2

POOL PLAY & SKILLS COMPETITIONS

Your team will continue the pool play round of the Youth World Series. Each team will play 3 pool play games to determine your seeding for bracket play. During your time around the games enjoy all the local thrill parks, water parks and more from the surrounding vacation destination!

Teams will compete in a skills competition that will consist of pitchers velo, catchers poptime, home run derby, around the horn, and a 60 yard dash.

Day 3

POOL PLAY CONCLUDES, BRACKET PLAY BEGINS

Your team will wrap up their pool play games and depending on seeding, will begin double-sided bracket play. The Youth World Series features a unique double-sided bracket with Gold, Silver and depending on number of teams, Bronze and Consolation brackets as well, giving your team numerous opportunities to take home a trophy!

Day 4 & 5

IT’S CHAMPIONSHIP DAY!

Your team will compete in either the Gold, Silver, Bronze or Consolation bracket! Youth World Series All-Tournament teams will be recognized and special Baseball Youth All-American Game invitations will be handed out! It will be a great time to celebrate your team’s incredible experience at the Youth World Series!

The Warren County Sports Park at Union Village is operated by the Warren County Convention & Visitors Bureau (WCCVB) and has been established and developed for the primary purpose of hosting championships and events by visiting athletes and their families which have a positive economic impact on Warren County (these events are held generally, but not limited to, Thursday-Sunday). The Park is also used for practices, games, leagues, camps and clinics by local/regional entities (such events are generally held, but not limited to, Monday through Thursday).

Our secondary facility is the beautiful Mason Sports Park, less than a 10 minute drive from the Warren County Sports Park, and home to 5 more pristine diamonds. Practically just a stone’s throw away from the amazing Kings Island theme park and Soak City water park, your kids will love playing ball in this area of the country at the nation’s best week-long baseball tournament!
